MOU SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN CAN THO UNIVERSITY AND THE ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS - REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN VIETNAM (ACCA VIETNAM)

At 13h30 on Dec. 05, 2018, the MOU signing ceremony between College of Economics (CE), Can Tho University (CTU) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants - Representative Office in Vietnam (ACCA Vietnam) was held at College of Economics, Cantho University.

On behalf of CTU, there was the participation of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Khuong Ninh – Dean of CE; Dr. Nguyen Huu Dang - Head of  Department of Accounting and Auditing, Dr. Phan Dinh Khoi - Head of Department of Finance - Banking; MSc. Tran Ba ​​Tri - Director of Center for Training and Economic Consultancy, together with lecturers and students.

From ACCA Vietnam, Ms Nguyen Thuy Minh Chau – Head of ACCA Mekong; Ms Le Thi Hau – Head of Education, ACCA Mekong; Ms Le Nguyen Thuy Mai – Business Relation Manager and Mr. Phan Vu Hoang – Tax Partner of Deloitte Vietnam, President,  ACCA Vietnam Member Committee.

Under the MOU, CE and ACCA Vietnam will collaborate in teaching ACCA program at CE, co-organising student activities, seminars, and career orientation for accounting, auditing and finance students to prepare successful careers. Further discussion on implementing ACCA course in 2019 was conducted after the signing ceremony.
