STUDENT LEARNING TRIP TO SOJO HOTEL CAN THO
On February 28th and 29th, 2024, students participated in the seminar course on the tourism and hospitality management from School of Economics, Can Tho University had a delighful eduational trip to SOJO hotel Can Tho. This trip aims at bringing THM students with practical learning and experiencing smart services of accomodation.
Students were warmly greeted by Mr. Ngo Van Lieu (GM), Ms. Nguyen Hong Thia (OCCM), and Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Thao (FOM), who introduced a brief of SOJO’s strategy of business operation in the hospitality industry and guided students through the automatic check-in process more deeply at the JO247 Lounge. This initial learning offers students insight into customer service and FO operation.
Next, students were guided to experience the hotel's facilities, including accomodation room, recreational spaces such as book reading, TV watch, gym exercise. Students also learned about the maintenance and safety measures implemented to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.
