On 21.4.2018 , Dr.Phan Anh Tú, Ms.Phan Thi Ngọc Khuyên and a delegation of 40 international business students have visited Stapimex Company located in Soc Trang province. Two representatives of Stapimex warmly welcomed the delegation. After a short meeting with the two friendly managers, followed by a brief introduction about the business, the managers showed the delegation around the factory, then walked the delegation down to the processing plant, and gave detailed guidance on its operation along with comprehensive explanation of processing steps to turn raw shrimps into a number of delicious processed products which are ready for export to the high demanding markets, for example Japan and EU. After this visit, the delegation returned to the meeting room where we spent the remaining time on questions and answers regarding marketing of the finished products to the world’s markets, and supply chain management. On the way back home, the students were all happy with the knowledge and real experiences the gained from the trip and showed no sign of tiredness.
