THE 2nd INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CONFERENCE ON ECONOMICS – ISCE 2025
AT THE SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS CSE
On November 21st, 2025, School of Economics CSE hosted the 2nd International Student Conference on Economics (ISCE 2025) under the theme "Reframing Economics and Management in the Digital and Sustainable Development Era" The event took place in person at Hall 101/KT and was also streamed online via the Zoom platform.
The conference was honored to welcome and receive enthusiastic participation from both domestic and international partners, including prestigious academic institutions such as University of Economics and Law at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (UEL), Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), Ryukoku University (Japan), and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI).
After several months of preparation, the Organizing Committee received 81 papers from authors and research groups across 6 universities, both in Vietnam and internationally. Of these, 71 papers successfully passed the independent peer review process conducted by experts in the field of Economics. The Scientific Committee selected 24 high-quality papers for presentation at the conference. The event featured a plenary session with 4 papers (2 presented in person and 2 virtually) and 4 parallel sessions with 20 papers presented.
This conference provided an invaluable opportunity for scholars, presenters, and students from universities specializing in Economics to exchange ideas, share research findings, and discuss innovations in key areas such as:
- Digital innovation, corporate sustainability, and data-driven business performance.
- Tourism transformation, service quality, and digital customer experiences.
- Digital marketing, innovative communication, and consumer behavior in the new era.
- Financial technology (FinTech), data-driven finance, and digital risk analytics.
The 2nd International Scientific Conference for Economics Students not only served as a platform for academic exchange and professional development but also fostered international collaboration in research among universities. The topics presented reflect the rapid evolution of economic disciplines in the digital era and offer new perspectives on the application of innovative and sustainable solutions in practice. The organizers are confident that the discussions and insights shared during the conference will contribute to advancing the quality of scientific research for students and promoting the comprehensive development of economics and management practices in the future.
