STUDENTS FROM SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS (CSE)
VISITING ACECOOK VIETNAM FACTORY IN VINH LONG PROVINCE
With the support of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, nearly 200 students from various majors at the School of Economics (divided into 4 groups) had the opportunity to experience and learn about the real-world production process at Acecook Vietnam’s factory in Vinh Long on October 17th, 24th, and 31st, 2025.
The field trip program included the following main activities: (1) A general introduction to the company, (2) A tour of the factory’s production process, (3) Tasting the company’s products, and (4) A Q&A session to address students’ inquiries.
The students were fascinated by the quick, precise, and consistent production process that allows Acecook to produce millions of noodle packages daily. Moreover, they were excited to sample a variety of flavors, including new product lines introduced by the company.
Through this visit, the students had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into Acecook, as well as to understand the company's production operations. They also gained a clearer understanding of the organizational structure and management system within the factory. More importantly, this trip provided the students with a chance to explore the food production process while also offering valuable practical lessons on technology, quality management, and responsible business practices toward consumers. This hands-on knowledge serves as an excellent supplement to the theoretical concepts taught in the classroom, providing the students with highly valuable practical experience.
