MOU SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS (CSE) AND MEKONG SMILE, MY KHANH TOURISM VILLAGE, SOJO HOTEL CAN THO, TTC HOTEL CAN THO, AND MISA CAN THO

On April 25, 2025^th, CSE held a signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in cooperation with the strategic partners in the service industry, including Mekong Smile, My Khanh tourism village, SOJO hotel Can Tho, TTC hotel Can Tho, and MISA Can Tho.

On behalf of the strategic partners, Mr. Tran Thanh Thai - GM of Mekong Smile, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoang - Deputy GM of My Khanh tourism village, Mr. Ngo Van Lieu - GM of SOJO hotel Can Tho, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh - GM of TTC hotel Can Tho, and Ms. Huynh Thi Minh Trang - GM of MISA Can Tho. Representing the CSE was Assoc. Prof. Le Khuong Ninh - Rector, Vice rectors including Assoc. Prof. Luu Thanh Duc Hai, Assoc. Prof. Truong Dong Loc, Assoc. Prof. Phan Anh Tu, and faculty deans of CSE.

According to the MoU, strategic partners have expressed their commitment in supporting academic activities of the CSE such as internship, hotel tour, talkshows of career orientation, idea contribution into curriculum development regarding major in Tourism and hospitality management, and Accounting and Auditing. For CSE’s duty, CSE will ensure to boost the recruitment activities of temporary or permanent employment through annual job fairs or events on demand from partners.

The MoU signing ceremony took place in a welcoming atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of understanding, cooperation, and long-term commitment between CSE and the partners. With strong consensus and determination from the leadership of between the partners, it will bring substantial value in education and community that might provide a highly qualified labor force to the country.
