VIET NAM YOUNG LOGISTICS TALENTS 2022

Viet Nam Young Logistics Talents is a contest organized by the Vietnam Logistics Human Resources Development Association with the support of the Import-Export Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade. With the mission of finding high-quality human resources for Vietnam's logistics industry, this is a prestigious and quality playground for young people who are passionate about the field to have the opportunity to practice real problems and improve their expertise as well as have the opportunity to interact with businesses in the industry.

The memory of the Vietnam Young Logistics Talents - CTU Round 2022

Authorization from the National Organizing Committee and permission of the School of Economics, Can Tho University; On September 25, 2022, the Department of International Business with the support of the Academic Club - Commando successfully organized the Selection Round of the Viet Nam Young Logistics Talent 2022.

The Selection Round attracted Logistics projects from 08 teams with 32 students majoring in  International Business and Industrial Management, Can Tho University. The judges consist of 06 members who are lecturers and experts in the field of Logistics.

The contest also attracted the participation of guests from the National Organizing Committee of the Viet Nam Young Logistics Talents 2022. The main sponsor is Thai Minh Joint Stock Company - Can Tho branch; the sub-sponsor is S.O.C Academy. In addition, the contest was also honored to welcome the participation of teachers who are leaders and lecturers of Schools/Institutes/Centers and Departments of Can Tho University and other universities in the city as well.

After two rounds of multiple choice and project presentation, the 8 teams successfully completed their part in turn. And the final results are as follows:​

• First Prize: Team LOTUS
• Second Prize: LOGISMART
• Third Prize: Team KICHI and Team J-LOG
• Most Favorite Team Award: Team KICHI

To sum up, the contest has achieved its stated purpose, which is to help students who are passionate about the field of Logistics have the opportunity to face real-life problems, interact with leaders and experts in enterprises operating in the field of Logistics and at the same time improve their professional knowledge and skills. Moreover, the competition also created conditions for the students to show their own capacity and teamwork skills. The participating teams have invested and carefully prepared from the content to the form of the competition, so the members of each team have a smooth coordination and support for each other to complete the tasks well. This has also shown the solidarity and determination of each member in particular and the participating teams in general. Viet Nam Young Logistics Talents is a playground that promises to come back even more attractive in the next seasons.
