1. Conference details

- Full Paper Submission Deadline: by October 1^st, 2025;

- Notification of Acceptance: by October 31^st, 2025;

- Registration Deadline: by November 15^th, 2025;

- Conference Date: November 21^st, 2025;

- Venue: School of Economics, Can Tho University (Campus 2, 3/2 Street, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam);

- Format: In-person and online.

2. Target participants

- Students from Can Tho University’s units (School of Economics, Faculty of Industrial Management (College of Engineering), Hau Giang Campus, Faculty of Political Science, Social Sciences, and Humanities).

- Economics and business students from universities in Vietnam and worldwide.

4. Paper submission guidelines

- Submissions must be original, unpublished research meeting rigorous academic integrity standards.

- Papers must be written in Vietnamese or English (Word file, 5,000-8,000 words, excluding abstract and references), following the organizing committee’s template (download the template here).

- File naming format: Institution_Main Author’s Name_Brief paper title;

- High-quality papers, selected through our peer-review committee, will be published in the ISBN-indexed conference proceedings published by Can Tho University.

- Registration Fee: All accepted presenters and registered participants will receive a full waiver of the registration fee. Please be advised that the organizers will not cover costs related to travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses.
